Introduction
Changjiang Steel Pipe has 3 large diameter hot expanded pipe production lines, which will be increased to 10 hot expanded production lines in the next 3 years. The annual output of Φ356~1016 large diameter seamless steel pipe is 100,000 tons.
The production line adopts the domestic advanced four-cylinder propulsion hot expanded pipe machine, which can control the heating temperature and propulsion speed of the steel pipe, so that the full-length performance and wall thickness of the steel pipe can be uniform. Meanwhile, it is equipped with large heat treatment furnace, heavy-duty internal and external grinding machine, high-efficiency internal and external shot blasting and descaling equipment, as well as ultrasonic + eddy current + thickness measurement as one of the combined flaw detection equipment and hydraulic equipment, which can produce large-diameter, high-quality boiler pipe, cracked pipe, fertilizer pipe, pipeline tubes, low temperature tubes and non-standard roller tubes and oil cylinder tubes.
